Employment Type Full-Time Entry Level Experienced Electronic technician needed for growing Security Equipment Company. Technician Job Summary Installation and maintenance of security equipment including alarms and surveillance equipment, install low voltage wiring and monitoring equipment for existing buildings and new constructions projects. Technician will install and maintain low voltage electrical wiring systems, circuitry, and follow safety practices and standards codes to meet high-quality standards. Technician Duties and Responsibilities Installation and maintenance of security equipment including alarms, and surveillance equipment Testing devices for improvement, safety, and quality control Repairing broken equipment and low voltage wiring Performing and analyzing tests to track results and make improvements Performing calibrations for wire placement and electronic components Participating in test runs and meeting safety regulations Technician Requirements and Qualifications Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently with strict attention to detail Creative problem solving, someone who enjoys a challenge and thrives. Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions In-depth understanding of electrical regulations, construction, materials, and industry Technical school degree and certification for technicians; license as required by state preferred but not required 1 + years of experience as technician, technician apprentice, or relevant work experience Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) Excellent communication skills, must be able to understand instructions and communicate effectively Strong mathematical and technical skills

Security Alarms of America is looking for a Security System Service and Sales Manager with strong outside sales and customer service skills to join our office in Cape Girardeau, MO! Overview: The primary duty of this position will be to professionally and positively represent Security Alarms of America and promote the sales of Commercial and Residential security alarm systems, fire protection, CCTV, and access systems. The prospective candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process of generating and following up on sales leads, meeting with potential clients and conducting a needs assessment, quoting/bidding Commercial/ Residential security systems to meet those needs, negotiating terms, closing sales opportunities, and ensuring profitable growth of the company in an enthusiastic and timely manner. Primary Functions: Sell and promote Security Alarms of America commercial security systems, Fire protection systems, CCTV, and access systems to potential clients Generate leads through many different avenues including via company website, referral, and cold calling Follow-up on leads and set appointments with potential clients Meet with potential clients and conduct needs assessment Present Security Alarms of America security systems to clients in a professional and educational way. Develop & maintain an active proposal log that will support achieving the designated sales plan Establish and maintain lasting contacts/relationships with customer Prepare, follow-up and close client proposals Respond to customer needs in an enthusiastic and timely manner Customer service, communication, and education Assume account management responsibilities including the provision and/or coordination of services (installation, customer training, etc.) to assure complete customer satisfaction Investigate and resolve customer issues in regard to delivery dates, billings, financing and other related matters Work with Operations to ensure the timely completion of each job sold
